Everything was wrong. My ketchup only burgers had everything, my Dr Pepper was diet or a different soda completely, my nuggets ended up being a double cheeseburger (no clue how that happened) and my fries were put in the bag UPSIDE DOWN. The receipt said the correct order and the guy giving me the food even said all the correct stuff, but nope... nothing was right. And this isn’t the first time either.

I added to my order when I got to the window. Then I did a pay it forward on the 2 card behind me which required a manager for some reason. Even with all that, they were super courteous, got my order right, and the manager went to the pick up window to make sure the orders for the cars behind me went correctly because of how it was entered into the system. Pretty impressive service.

An absolutely miserable experience. I waited approximately 30 minutes in line before even getting to place my order. No explanation/apology given. Waited another 10 minutes in line after ordering. Didn't even get to the payment window. At least two dozen people (no exaggeration) left the line before I did. Serious improvement needs to take place before I will consider returning.

Ordered an iced mocha coffee, they lady in the drive thru wasn’t completely sure on how to put the order in. I get to the window and I could see the order was wrong so I tell the lady it was suppose to be iced mocha not plain iced coffee. She drizzled chocolate syrup over the top and tries to hand it back. I tell her again it’s still wrong and explain to her how it’s usually made. The lady literally put the same plain iced coffee in a frappe cup with whip cream and chocolate drizzle on it and hands it to me. I think I’m more upset that she insulted my intelligence by simply switching cups instead of actually fixing my order. I had to get to work so I took the drink and left. I called the store and asked if they sell iced mocha coffee and she answered yes and even explained how it’s made! Salute to her! She offered to replace the drink unfortunately I couldn’t make it back to the store so she offered to send a card in the mail. I appreciate the lady on the phone being knowledgeable of their products and offering the replacement.

Asked for fresh crispy french fries,had to pull up and wait, moca frappie ice had already melted, double quarter cool not even warm! Could of went back around to ask for warmer that would have been fresher that would of ment another 15 minutes and likely same story!
