After a very bad bad start with one of your other offices and talking to your home office, I decided to give your company another try. Arrived at my appt time and was met by Rose. She was very pleasant, thoughtful, friendly and explained every step she did. Rose was fantastic.

The lady that did our taxes was the BOMB and I hope she gets recognized for her patience and integrity. I only want her when I come in. I think her name is Shelly. She was awesome with my son and I think that’s very important if kids have to be there. Great job, Shelly!!! Keep up the good work!!
