Sampson Springs Campground

Stayed 3 nights. It was the quietest campground I have ever stayed at. The shower faculties were clean with plenty of hot water. The owners a super nice! They have a happy hour at 5pm. The campers bring a beer up to the old hippie hut and just sit and get to know one another. This is not the place if you are looking for a party campground but if you like clean and quiet you will not be disappointed.

Dont waste your time even calling this place if your tent camping. Called about a spot and was told that they werent taking tent camping this year. Not sure why it should matter if you have a tent or camper if your willing to pay the same price for a spot but this place does not see it that way.

Great place to get away from the stresses of the world and relax and recharge. Great fishing all around the area. To top it off, it's tan by great people!

Loved this place! First time camping and it was a great experience.. totally recommend if you want to get away. Not much to do for kids but mine had a blast.

Nice place. Quiet for us older folks. Just so you know, there is not a dump station at park. They have a sanitary trucknEmpty campers on Mondays.
