Very scrumptious! Choice of dough, size, and toppings. Dine in or take out. They have have honey to dip your crust in! Yummy! We visit almost every time we're in Ames! Highly recommended!

When TV/Youtube foodie presenters look for hidden gems around the states, they should finally check this beloved local pizza place out. They serve that rarity: a genuinely innovative pizza (and I mean rare anywhere, not just in Iowa). The crusts are seriously tasty, flavorfull, substantial; as a result the crust is not throw-away but something to have with the honey packet as a kind of dessert. Their practice of putting the toppings UNDER the melted cheese makes me wonder why I haven't seen this before. From 11am to 12noon on weekdays they sell very reasonably priced single slices and that way you can easily see what you're missing.

I have been in the hospitality business for 30 years and she is a keeper!nShe was truly pleasant and knowledgeable!nShe up sold a cookie and answered all my questions with a fun genuine attitude!nWe were staying at a local hotel and she offered plates, and offered contactless delivery!nI wish I remembered her name and I would personally thank her!nThe pizza, salad and cookie were delicious!nKeep up the great work!

This is an Ames icon! I loved it in high school, I love it now as an adult! Pizza is unique and delicious. The wheat crust is the best with honey!

The pizza here was tasty. I had a build your own pizza with thin crust. I would definitely recommend getting done honey to ready with the crust, it is absolutely phenomenal.
