Eric not only rekeyed my front door but also assessed my garage and back doors. He responded very promptly to my initial text and offered an immediate appointment (on a Sunday night). He was prompt, efficient, polite, helpful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services.
It was the only place I could get a key made. Nobody else stocked a blank and I would have to order and wait. He made a key and it fit and work perfect. Great service.
He was absolutely amazing and very professional. We had another company who came out, did not finish work and just left us with a door without a knob because he said he needed to get to another job. I called Liberty Lockworks after hours for a vehicle lockout on the evening of the huge storm. Even though very busy, he took the time to unlock our vehicle. I didn't have cash and his card reader wasn't operating, so he kindly followed me to my home so I could give him cash for his services. I highly recommend this company!!
