I do not recommend their service. Recently I filed a document prepared by them to Iowa Secretary of State, but later it was rejected due to lack of information. When I tried to contact them by phone and email, no response from them at all. In short, unknowledgeable and irresponsible.

We used this firm when I was closing on my house. Very knowledgeable but the process took a bit longer than I was originally told.
