Great atmosphere, friendly, hard-working. Definitely tip extra.

I scheduled hours prior and came to my appointment early, but they took walk ins first so I waited an *hour*. And then when I finally got the haircut it was horrible, I had to go back to my dorm and fix it myself. Would not recommend.

Great for kids, great home town experience. Professional staff.

Joe is the best around. So patient with my toddler and does an amazing job.

If you make an appointment with a paying client please keep it. At least give them the benefit of the doubt that they will be there at the appointed time. If they are not there by the appointed time THEN you should take walkins. A walk-in client should be able to understand you keeping an appointment. I was 10 minutes ahead of time and waited about 15 mins past my appointment time only to leave because I like many people have a busy schedule.
