I have gotten my haircut at PCI Academy 3 times now and each time has been an enjoyable experience. Jennie has cut my hair each time and always makes sure she knows exactly what I want done. I always appreciate the communication when any product is being used and their purpose. The professionalism of the staff and students make you forget that your at a learning facility.

I loved my experience here! My friend asked me to model a haircut she needed that fit my needs. It was just a shaping trim, but I was treated really well by her, the staff, and the instructor. It was fun to learn along side my friend and learn more about my own hair. I love the products they suggested to me I’ve been using them for about a month now.nSide note: If you have social anxiety you will have a lot of people around observing your hair work, so keep that in mind. If otherwise it’s kinda fun to be center of attention for a bit.

I've gotten two custom blend facials done with Paige and have LOVED them! Paige is very sweet and explains whatever she's doing if I have questions. My face always feels so good afterwards and I can't wait for my next appointment! Everyone that I've interacted with here has been very professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend booking a service here (if you're getting a facial, ask for Paige ;) )

Megan Attanasio did and absolutely amazing job with my hair. She gave it curls I’ve had never seen before in my hair and it’s naturally curly! She also did an amazing job with my eyebrows and tinting them! Would definitely recommend going to Megan 10/10!!! :) also the sweetest girl ever
