One of the best CrossFit gyms you could possibly go to. Aaron and the rest of the coaches are always there to push you to be a better you not only physically but mentally. If you can't do RX, not a problem. They custom scale the workouts to best fit your fitness needs, goals, and experience.
Aaron is the best coach I’ve ever had. He is constantly expanding his knowledge so he can offer the best programming in the area. 10/10 would recommend
I chose this location because of the location. I keep coming because of the people. The trainers and the participants are all awesome. I woke up one day and was tired of feeling and looking terrible. Three days later I started here. 30 days later I feel and look so much better. This place is great for any age or fitness level.
The Factory is a great place to workout at with a great atmosphere. The support you get from the entire staff there and quality of coaching is amazing. Aaron is one of the most passionate guys when it comes to improving people’s everyday lives and you can see it when he is coaching. He’s good with all ages and ability levels, I highly recommend checking this gym out if you are in the Ames/DSM area!
This place is awesome, it is locally owned and operated by a couple of guys who also coach the classes. This is not your typical cookie cutter franchise-run gym, the two guys care a lot about the people there, especially the short one he's super nice and fun. For sure a gym where any skill level can go and feel welcome and safe. From the coach potatoes (me) to the extreme athletes there is a place for you. Give it a try I'm sure you won't regret it.
