Charge me but doing fix anything so I go without heat in winter for few days

Best outfit in the state. I wish all businesses were as good as they are. Everything about them is excellent.

They lost my original contact information and work order. I called again a month later, same story. Crickets!

My water softener is 23 years old, costly when I purchased it, but obviously worth it. I had one reasonable repair prior to this one. I was sure I would need a new softener after 23 years, much to my pleasant surprise it was repaired. Looking at my bill it looks like it was kind of refurbished. I was very surprised and happy with the out come and the bill was very reasonable.

They never answer their phone. So I really can't take them beyond that.
