franklin is the best swift stop employee this establishment has ever seen. will talk you up about your day and remember your name the next time you're in there. always makes me and other customers laugh. always helpful. give him a raise!!!

Franklin came out and helped me reattach my bumper after I got into a small accident nearby. I don't know what I would do without that guy! Swift Stop is lucky to have him.

Frankie is always super funny when we go in. Super patient with some of the chatty customers who just chill there. Always knows what I want right when I walk in.

The clerk was nice enough to help me out with the wasp problem by the pump I was getting gas at. Got some raid off of the shelf and made it safer again!nnOn another note, this station has some of the cheapest premium in town, AND comes with a discounted carwash if you buy fuel. This and the other Swift Stop on Duff are the only gas stations I go to in Ames because of this.

Stopped in to buy a pack of cigarettes, got compared to a Nazi by the clerk. I remember when clerks THANKED people for their business...
