Casey's

Staff was rude. Wasn't the cleanest. I ordered a pizza online. Should have been ready when i showed up (30 minutes later) They hadn't even put in oven. I paid online. They said they would bring it out when done. It was Not busy 4 employees. I ended up going back in to get my pizza. The employees were having a good on time on phone's joking around. The lady who said she would bring it out . Went to hide. As i was leaving they made joke's about making me come back in the store. I will note. I just had hip replacement and it's not easy getting around. They didn't even offer to open door. I am using crutches to help me get around. Very poor customer service this is not the first time I've had poor customer service at this location if i got get (-) rating I would

We ordered pizza through the app tonight. When I went in to pick up our order and the price was not correct as what app had said. The young man working the front counter was so patient and finally got everything figured out after asking some questions to other co workers because he mentioned he was still somewhat new. I would have never guessed as he was very professional. He is a very good asset to Casey's along with one of the kitchen gentlemen as well. Very impressed.

This Casey's is customer friendly it makes me happy to hear them call regular customers by their name as they are greeted and leaving this is the type of customer service that I respect and admire. Keep up the great work

Like the flat bread crust, it is thin & crispy. Enjoy the hot sausage topping. Curbside pickup is convenient.

Super friendly employees!!! Very helpful!! They are not afraid to go above and beyond.
