Richard and Lisa were very helpful. They were able to get my car in quickly. When it had to stay longer than expected they helped arrange alternative transportation. I've had no problems with the car since it was a return to me. The clutch was replaced and axle seals fixed as well. I recommend their services.

Recently bought a new set of tires for one of our SUVs, and they're great. Could have saved a few bucks by ordering online and having them shipped to an affiliated shop for mounting. Cheaper, but a lot of moving parts to that scenario. Ron's knew what I wanted, and took care of everything. Ron's has been taking care of our family cars for about 15-years or more, and among my wife, the kids and me there have been too many to remember. This is what I can say...I don't know if they are the least expensive around for any particular repair, but frankly price is not a determinative factor for me. We started going to Ron's, because they supported one of the kid's athletic teams, but we continue to use them because they have always done the right job as promised, and on time. And, I have never had to go back multiple times for the same problem. They have always been accommodating when I needed something quick or a ride home. (Keep in mind that COVID is creating all kinds of challenges for small businesses and everyone else.) They have even provided advice about buying a used car, and helped me track down a repair shop in Buffalo I could trust to help one of the kids when they were in college and their car needed some significant work. They've worked on all kinds of makes and models for us; big jobs and small, and I can say that I've always driven away satisfied with the outcome.

Richard at Ron’s Auto Repair quoted me the best price that I could find, and was able to replace the alternator in my 2006 Honda Ridgeline on short notice. They squeezed me into their daily schedule and had the repair done in a few short hours. The work was completed that day, and they even followed up with me after a few days to be certain that all was working to my satisfaction. I will most definitely be using Ron’s Auto Repair in the future without hesitation. I would highly recommend their work and their excellent and courteous service!

Outstanding service !! We recently had a ugly problem with our car and Ron and his mechanics repaired it at a fair price and did a wonderful job getting my car back on the road. You can trust them and know that they will not give you an inflated price. We are lucky to have Ron's auto to for all our car oil changes and repairs. Totally trust them 100%.
