Went to buy batteries for my mobility scooter yesterday. The guy said he had the batteries I needed then when my daughter went to buy the batteries he said if they didn’t work to bring them back. Then after they were paid for said he thought the batteries would work but could not be returned if they had been connected. The batteries did not work and he refused to refund my money and also refused to give me back my other batteries. I asked if a manager was there and he said yes so I asked to talk to the manager and after putting me on hold told me to call back tomorrow to take to manager. Never mind the fact that I am disabled and my scooter is my way to get around should I have to leave my apartment.
Not the friendliest to the customers and they charged a lot for a good new battery but they got the job done and helped install the battery in freezing weather. Didn’t wear a mask the whole time either! Appreciate the help but please work on customer service skills!
Very helpful finding the parts I needed. They helped change my wiper blades, too.
The coldest day of the week, has my battery checked since I had trouble starting my car. They guy said the battery was good & didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.
They had the right battery at a decent price. Fast friendly service.
