I was purchasing a car. I told them which bank/credit union I was qualified through and to use that first so I wouldn't have so many inquiries on my credit history. They didn't listen and now my mailbox is full of different banks and credit union mail. It just seems to me that you should listen to your customer instead of making decisions based on what you think works. If you would have listened to me and done what was asked I wouldn't have taken a hit in my overall credit score. It also seems like I was shooed out of the door relatively fast compared to the first time I bought a car. As if they just wanted that signature and to get me the heck out. Be careful not to fall into the same trap I did.

I sent my wife to get an oil change with a coupon for $39.99. She was charged $54.99 plus taxes, etc because her vehicle was not a Nissan. I've taken our vehicles to other dealership brands without issue and they honored their coupon. The only time a dealership doesn't honor a coupon if the coupon clearly states Brand name vehicles only. The coupon only has general restrictions statement. The oil change coupon is a bait. Make it clear next time.nnUpdate: I spoke to my wife and she stated that the service rep wouldn't accept the discount because it was not printed. Well I just scheduled another appointment and it clearly states $39.99. So that means the printed coupon is not required. Another dealership that takes advantage of a woman with a child.nnChristopher Gib is the service advisor who told my wife that he didn't know what I was talking about in regards to the discount. I was work at the time so I couldn't prevent my wife from being deceived.nnAvoid this dealership.

Bought a used Ford Edge but the day after that the check engine light came on and the next day it wouldn't start. Then found out from my insurance company that it had been in a major accident. I live in Cedar Rapids so it's been hard to find time to return it. Have tried calling the sales person and the used car manager but they won't return my calls. This place is everything people despise about car dealers. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SLEAZE BAGS!!!
