I have been here for a few months. I will say at first it was rocky, but there was a lot of miscommunication going on as well. She fixed the issue right away for me! The one thing I will say, is the rats/mice that are in everyone’s units. Including mine. It’s pretty bad with how much rat/mice poop is on all of my stuff in the unit, but it’s nothing to clean it off before it enters into my home. Overall pretty good place though, and very secure.

Horrible customer service! Nobody ever answers the phone. They never return calls! I moved out of my space where my car was parked over a month ago and no deposit refund with zero communication from the office after 5 phone calls and several messages! And they can't say it's from damage, cause my car was parked outside on a gravel pad!

DONT GO HERE!!!! They take payments without authorization, they say you owe money when you don’t, and you can’t get in contact with anyone! They dont return phone calls or emails! It’s absolutely ridiculous! These people should not be allowed to own a business. Worst people ever!

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE!!! I’ve rented from this place for a very long time customer service aka the gal on the phone, I think they are the owners, were some of the worst people to deal with! Absolutely unprofessional and no idea how to run a business properly. Gave notice. Then around the first of the following month we started to move stuff out of the facility she locked it on us, after we left to take a load we forgot to lock it up so they were thinking we were going to abandon the unit. And then went into our credit card information and charged us a month worth of rent and a late fee. They are currently under investigation for fraud it’s absolutely illegal to do that to someone I was never more shocked in my life! All I can say is run!!!!

Please, do NOT rent from this storage place if you care about your items. We are a military family and had to find a storage unit quickly for our move. At first, they were nice. Got us a unit in a short time.nnMoving out was a different story. After about half of our belongings were destroyed due to a leak in the ceiling and mice, we moved our boxes out.nnI called to confirm that we would no longer need their services the following month and called again after I moved everything out ahead of time. I left a message asking if they would call me back to ensure that everything was taken care of and when I could expect my deposit back.nnI left the unit cleaner than I found it.nnUnfortunately, when I called her again the following month, the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me after telling me that she never received my message and that she's not giving my deposit back.nnBy far, the worst customer service that I've received in a while.
