Here's an idea for you you advertise nothing but fresh all the time why don't you start making your food fresh. My chicken sandwich was rubbery that is dissatisfying that is why I go to a regular restaurant that's a $5 sandwich by itself. So I'll go to the nice place and get a real one for another $4

Horrible. Asked for the 6 piece chicken nuggets & I got the 4 piece. Asked for BBQ sauce & she didn't put any in the bag & when I told her she forgot it, she gave me the hot tangy one. What a ditz!!!

The person working drive impressed me with her upsale of cheese and onions for my chili first time in 30 years of going to Wendy's to be offered onions or cheese for my chili and a very positive lady it was a pleasure and refreshing to see someone to make the customer feel like they matter cudos to her give her a raise I don't usually call to give a complaint or praise to a employee but she went above and beyond to do her Job

Really good chicken sandwich and good fresh hot fries. The drive thru could have been more friendly.
