I've had Freshii cater two separate events at my workplace -- one for our employees and one for our Board of Trustees. Both orders went seamlessly and were delicious! Freshii staff was great to work with and very flexible. Trustees and employees were very happy. This is a great, fresh, healthy choice.

Freshii bett is the best place to get fast healthy food. I eat there at least three times a week and have never been dissatisfied. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are large. I usually get two meals out of one. And I’m addicted to their Freshii Green Smoothie.

Terrible customer service!nTo elaborate: I came in this morning for the breakfast options I found on the menu online. I went into the store and looked at the menu and did not see breakfast so I asked if maybe breakfast was over since in was around 10am. The lady at the register said unfortunately we do not have breakfast. I was confused since I just saw an entire breakfast menu. Some lady from the back was yelling out things as I was trying to communicate with the lady in front of me. She said that the menu online is different from theirs. I said oh so if I ordered online you don’t have the ingredients to make it right? The lady in the back with an extremely rude tone In her voice stated, “WE DON’T HAVE BREAKFAST!” At this point, everything on your menu looked wonderful but because of the way this encounter was handled, I was not interested in giving your company my business. Sorry for my confusion but I did not deserve this disrespect.

Ordered pick up. When I got it home I was missing veggies I paid extra for. I would probably rate 4 out of 5 if order was correct. The food was healthy, a little pricey, and decent quality.nnEdit: I was originally going to write directly to the company, but the interface to submit a ticket was a little too complicated for the time I had. I was just looking for an apology or a refund of the specific issue, but Freshii went above and beyond reach out and fix the issue.nnI had ordered extra regular veggies and was missing edamame on one of my two orders

Ordered at 7:38 for pickup, get a call before I am about to pick up that the are out of everything I ordered. HORRIBLE service. If I order at 7:30 why is everything out. Don’t advertise you are open until 8 then. Spent 30 dollars online and didn’t even get my meal. HIGHLY disappointed and don’t recommend.
