The staff is great! Very helpful, prompt, and courteous. I use them for my business banking needs.
Today, my girlfriend and I brought in our loose change to be exchanged for cash. There were two tellers there that helped us count our change, and even though they don’t have a coin-counting machine there, the process was fast, efficient and fun. The tellers were both very nice, it only took about 10 minutes (for $77 worth of change) and we had a great conversation! I would definitely recommending coming here to exchange your change for cash and for great service.
Went to Wells Fargo after having horrible experiences with US Bank. Everyone is professional, courteous, and go out of there way to help in any way.

I would highly recommend coming to them first before calling their 1-800 number.nnI'm still salty about my account issues (I'm not happy with the company) but their personal bankers are amazing at what they do.
I've only ever had good experiences at the Main Street branch since 2010 or 2011 or whenever the branch at 24th and Grand closed. The tellers here are fast and friendly and there is hardly ever a wait. There is a drive-through ATM in the parking lot, and a coin-counting machine inside that is free to use for when you need to deposit change.
