I love this bank! I’ve never had any issues. Taylor is always my teller(which is fun because my name is also Taylor) and she is awesome! She is so friendly and kind!
Everyone at this bank is so helpful and friendly. They greet me by name immediately, and are quick to help with any problems or questions. They are super patient with Girl Scout Cookie season and me coming in with scattered unorganized envelopes of money. So patient. Thanks!
I was trying to use MY money from MY account and they froze my account. I called and confirmed it was me and then they called me back 3 hours later confirming again. (Which leads me to believe my account wasn’t noted) Then because they locked my account my rent payment was returned. This resulted in $150 in fees at my apartment for late fees and a returned payment. When I called the bank i was basically told it was not their problem and nothing they would do about it. Will be finding a new bank immediately.nnAlso the last three times i went to the bank to deposit money they didn’t even care to listen to what I wanted done. Did whatever they wanted and then charged me a fee when I had to move the money where I asked for it to be in the first place.nnIf you are look for a good bank keep looking because this is not the one.
