My experience at the Greater Iowa Credit Union in Ames was excellent. Amber Foley was my loan specialist. She has excellent customer service skilld. She answered all my questions and took extra time with me to make sure I understood every detail. I am so glad she was available to assist me. I would highly recommend her services. Linda was the most rude person. Do not recommend this bank. They need to hire people who know how to have a phone conversation. Woman is in the wrong profession and I’m glad I won’t be banking here. Horrible.

Always a positive experience when asking for assistance or research. A very positive banking experience. I only wish you offered these services more places and that for those who have under a certain level of income (suggest $50k) that banking fees could be reduced for anyone under that income. FAR Better than a traditional bank!!! Great employees!
