Easy to do. The ladies were more than helpful. It was a great experience as far as getting your taxes done.

Our tax preparer was very nice and wonderful to talk with (Tom Larson). The receptionist, however, is incredibly rude. My husband and I politely waited while she was on the phone and was just talking amongst ourselves. She was terse and not kind to the person on the other line and aggressively gestures to the card machine for us to pay for the service. When we had a question she seemed annoyed, having to juggle being on the phone and to deal with us (which is why we waited). Just rude. Pay and get out of their hair. There was also an altercation during our appointment and there was no professionalism/tactful de-escalation skills involved with handling the customer. Just rude comments and no one genuinely wanting to help the lady involved. I felt sorry for the customer because she seemed frustrated and no one was willing to work with her.

One of the ladies that works here, laughably on-point named Karen, is an absolute displeasure. She seems to peer down her nose at everyone around her. I was given nothing but disdain and unwarranted attitude in every single experience I had with her. I did nothing to deserve that level of treatment.

Willing to help out and explain things to me to understand in away that made me feel like that they had matter to me and Willing to work through what I was expecting to get from my tax return back .
