Applied for loan still don’t have it they used the wrong direct deposit information and I have a serve card already there were no available serve cards in office to put my refund on just hectic
Responsive very fast for me.
I arrived 15 minutes before opening time and the agent was nice enough to start preparing my taxes anyway. He's always friendly and informative, and makes sure that I understand what is going on and what all the options/outcomes are. Funny thing is, he shares my name. So, Harold prepared Harold's taxes this year, haha. I highly recommend this location for tax season needs.
Harold was awesome, I didnt have an appointment and he had a little time before his next client. Had me in and out of there in no time. Gave me some tips and points to help out for next year too.
