Kwik Star

This place on average is always a five star but today they have eight coffee pots and every one of them was empty and the cappuccino machine was in cleaning mode. Let's step it up just a bit. And get back to a five-star..

Kwik Star is, absolutely, my favorite convenience store. It pains me to have to give it two stars, but I noticed that the one in Story City has really been going downhill, and I didn't know why. I found out that there is a new manager there, and I don't think he follows Kwik Star's policies, unless their policies have changed. For example, I went in to buy two Karuba Gold coffees. Well, the machine was broken. He offered me two regular coffees for free. Any time I have EVER had a problem getting the Karuba Gold, their policy was ALWAYS to give me a free Karuba Gold. There are also other problems I have encountered at this store. It's a shame, because this is a brand new store. ud83dude1eud83dude1eud83dude1e

This is one of the cleanest truck stops in all of Iowa and America. The managers do a superb job keeping the store organized, well stocked and tidy. Welcome to truck stop heaven!!

Excellent as always. Beautiful inside. Nice outside. Grass for pets. Beautiful bathroom.

Great little stop. Wide parking spots.
