I am giving this institution 2 stars, because the teachers really are wonderful. However, quality of the teachers is disgraced by the deceitful and unprofessional practices of the administration. It was a nightmare to get information and the phone exchanges were exceptional rude. Extra fees were added onto bills with no explanation. When we asked for upfront information we were given a sob story as to why they administration could preform their job properly. Orange City is in desperate need of another day care as this facility gets away with this type of behavior as there is not competition.
Don't ever bring your baby here.. they will get sick constantly... worst daycare place ever.
