I love this gym! It's cozy, clean and has so many options depending on your goals. The staff is friendly and super helpful- not the usual cookie cutter gym - everything here has personal touch and affordable. Love this place!

I love this gym! I'm able to get my workout in without waiting for a machine or workout station. I used to workout on post (Rock Island Arsenal), but Ultimate Fitness has usurped it.

The separated room gives you a feel of privacy and this laser focus. The rooms make it easy to find equipment as well (pulleys are here, free weights will all be here(HULK), olympic bar lifts are here(Superman), violent beast modes are found here (Thor). Just go and you'll understand better what I mean.nnThe people are super nice and you see some dedicated(madly in shape) women and men in there but you will understand after being there a day or two why they probably have the most fun in this gym and it makes it easy to push yourself for longer.nnI love this gym and will miss it alot when I have to go back homenUnless it fits in my pocket somehownnGreat gym amazing gym. Friendly, and clean. Visiting from out of state and they offer daily and weekly passes that are very reasonable. Tons of equipment (old and new) they even have a sauna! Another bonus is it's walking distance from the Hotel.

This gym is a QC GEM!!!! People need to know about this place. Clean and beautiful locker rooms! Awesome equipment, extremely friendly staff, super great price, awesome trainers who are super nice and know their stuff. If you’re looking for the beat gym in the QC THIS IS IT!!!!
