My husband and I had great service with Stephanie! She went above and beyond to help us find the EXACT vehicle that we were looking for! We were being very picky and didn’t have to settle for anything less! The Audi Team performed outstanding customer service. I pulled into their service department unannounced late one day. Unfortunately, I had a blowout on my tire during frigid, snowy weather conditions. The Service Manager was very attentive & understanding. The Audi Team made sure I was well taken care of until my Audi was assessed and fully repaired. The Audi Team’s performance provided safety and genuine kindness under unexpected circumstances.
