I purchased a 2019 Dodge Caravan from Premier a sort time ago. I asked Jason and Jeff to find me a vehicle. They found the perfect vehicle, it was low mileage, great price and looked great. The sale was so simple and fast I could not believe it, I think it took them about 10 minutes to complete the paper work. They are not like other dealers, they didn't pressure me at all, it was a very pleasant experience. No hassle pricing and delivered on time. The vehicle was clean and ready to go upon arrival. BEWARE!! I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM HERE AND NOT EVEN 90 DAYS LATER....THE WHEEL BEARINGS AND THE TIRE RODS GO BAD AND ALMOST BROKE WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN. AND THE STRUTS WERE BAD, THE BREAKS WERE DOWN TO NOTHING. PLUS ALL THE OTHER THINGS THAT ARE WRONG WITH THE CAR. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL. YOU SHOULDN'T PURCHASE A VEHICLE FOR OVER $8,000.00 AND WITH IN 90 DAYS YOU HAVE OVER $3,000.00 WORTH OF THINGS THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ON YOUR VEHICLE. CONTACTED JEFF AND THE REPAIRS ARE NOT COVERED IN THE 90 DAY WARRANTY. BEST AND ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THE CAR IS THE LOW MILEAGE.

Do not buy a car from here. Bought a car from here and within three months had already spent over 3k trying to fix engine and electrical problems. The car doesn’t even run anymore. Had multiple places try to see what was wrong with the car. Buy a car somewhere else and use the money you save on repair bills to take a vacation.

We hate the car buying process but these guys made it great. Very to the point. Didn't waste time. And the cherry on top...we had our 2 little boys with us and we still got the job done without going totally nuts. Thanks Picks!
