I've been very happy with the 2 useed cars I've bought here. Salesman was great sand I feel I've gotten good deals both times.nnBut the service center is excellent. Top notch. After having truck for 10 months it is difficult to rate the dealer. Service department has been excellent. Absolute joy to work with. Sales experience was a solid one star. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about trucks or the product line. He was only concerned about making a sale and didn’t listen to what I needed in a truck. Now that I’m familiar with Ford product line I learned a lesson. Determine exactly what you want then get online bids from multiple dealers. Go for the price then pick the service department you best like.
