This place is the worst. Their employees are rude. The manger is worse. I fell in the store. Canoeven get a call back about the situation. The manager and employee yelled at me. For trying to get assistance because I fell in their store. Worst store I have ever been in. In my 59 years of living. Be careful in there.
The lady decided to overcharge me $2 when all I did was get gas and a bottled water. So I decided to go in an calmly explain that they overcharged me. I showed her the extra charges on my phone through my banking app, she said “ you’ll have to wait for the manager tomorrow” I said why can’t you just pay me $2. She said that she couldn’t. She overcharged it was obvious she saw it.
Their employees who are disgruntled treat customers horribly wrong. They make up random policies that are illegal just to prevent your service. I would highly recommend NOT shopping here. There are many close gas stations who are much more friendly and professional.
The clerk that closes at 11:00 pm needs to acknowledge the customers when they come in and leave, even a simple thank you would be nice instead of being ignored.
