I hate that my auto loan is through this bank, ud83eudd26ud83cudffd♀ufe0f I’ve called first thing in the morning and I’m put on hold already as if they really get busy as soon as the open until they close? Worst bank I’ve ever had!
Do Not Bank With These People. Customer service and lack of loyalty to long standing customers with regular and continuous automatic deposits is reprehensible. Defraud good customers of good standing from hard earned monies. And Then hang up on customer!!
Couldn’t tell you the last time this bank got anything correct.
If you are an active user (e.g. you have bills to pay with a credit card) the 2% APY on the first 20k of a checking account is amazing. The people at this branch are very helpful.
