As long as you have correct pick up number everything goes smooth.

Went for a pick up today , sat 10 hours before I was loaded, shipping is a joke , morning shift was nice , but second shift , didnt know anything, and weren't trying to help, especially the guy who looks like teenwolf,nIf u can avoid this place, fo so, if not , expect to b here awhile, very lazy and unhelpful staff !!!

Long time loading. One of the worst shippers possible. You have to unhook and spotter will let you know when you are loaded and it takes over 4 hr to do so plus.. places like that will mess your hours big time for the rest of the week.

Appointment was at 11:00 am, checked in 8:00pm day before. Ran out of driving hours so have to sleep 10 hours in bobtail and by the morning trailer was loaded. I noticed my trailer was loaded before I went to sleep around 10:30. Nice staff, they have clean restroom and vending machine.
