Ross has great prices on their items. I bought 2 pair of Levi's for myself for $41.00. My wife bought several dresses and a sweater for less than $200.00, plus other items. I love their prices.nHowever, their dressing rooms are closed so none can try on anything. You have to bring it back if it dosen't fit. I do not think that is a very good customer service policy. Perhaps they should consider disinfecting the dressing rooms. Very inconvenient.nIn addition, their restrooms are closed because of a plumbing problem. We had to go to another store for my wife to use the restroom and then return to pay for our items. This cost them some sales because my wife put two items back on the shelves because she found something else she liked at the other store we went to for the restrooms. Again, inconvenient, but Ross lost out. We traveled about 7 miles one way just to shop at Ross. It might be a while before we go back because of the dressing room situation (except to return the dresses that don't fit). That is the primary reason for the low rating today.

I went there because Gordmans is closing and I needed new jeans for work. I travelled there from Coralville to Cedar Rapids. The fitting rooms are closed so you cannot try on anything. Both items I bought were cute but too big. I will have to make another trip back to Cedar Rapids to exchange or just return. Was more expensive than I thought it would be.

I wanted a blanket, beautiful and great prices...plus I collect jointed dolls, found one I had to have it!
