Burlington

This was my first time here. I loved it! Prices were beyond fair and the quality is nice too! Bonus- they stay open till 11PM!

Manager came out of no where and yelled at me about not having a mask on. Meanwhile, the nearest other customer was about 35 ft away and also had no mask on. There were no signs at the entrance about masks and I saw several other customers walk in without them. If that's your policy fine. Put a sign up and inform me. Don't come around the corner out of nowhere yelling. I've heard a lot of other complaints about rude managers at this store. I won't be spending money here again and I'll be advising everyone I know not to either.

I came to shop at Burlington from out of town and once I got home I discovered the security tags still on some items. I called and they told me tome back to remove it.. I LIVE OUT OF TOWN!!! Burlington....be more mindful of removing these tags..now i have wasted money on items I cannot wear due to these security tags still on. Get it together!!!

Had a Christmas present it didn't fit haven't been nowhere went to return it with the receipt the original receipt this store wants to give me a discount Price plus merchandising credit I paid $18.99 plus tax and they want to give me $13.99 like I said receipt is with the item I will never shop here again that's not how you do business very disappointed

I could care less about Covid 19 if someone wants to try something on let them try it on or they will never shop at your store ever again!!!
