I always appreciate how clean and well-organized this specific store is, but the last few times I have been in here, I have been extremely disappointed with the customer service. The last time I was in here, the gal working huffed at me and acted like it was a problem when I asked for help finding some jeans in my size. Today, I stood in line behind 4 other ladies at the register while one sweet younger girl was working it by herself. The manager (?) on duty kept looking over, and even came to the register to help with one transaction at the register, but never came to help the rest of us in line. She was slowly stocking the racks, almost avoiding the register. I was in line to pick up my online order for about 20 minutes. I could tell the two gals in front of me were also frustrated. My transaction took less than 60 seconds. Pretty disappointing customer service.

This is the best Maurice's store I've been in. Everything is sized, hung, and folded. They seem to have most sizes available.nnOften, other locations struggle to keep things neat, and the fact that this location does, means it is a pleasure to shop at, and I'd go out of my way to go to this store.

The ladies working there could not have been nicer!! They helped me choose several outfits for winter, some I bought at the store and some I brought from home. They were very knowledgeable and patient!nI couldn't have been more pleased and will recommend the store to my friends and definitely shop there more often!!

Great place for modest dressy casual and casual clothes for women. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Plus there is always a sale going on!
