The Eastern Iowa Airport

Small and easy to navigate but it is noon on a Friday and everything has closed. The only dining options right this minute are one restaurant or a vending machine. The other restaurant and three snack/coffee locations all just closed. What in the world is that?

We live 2 hrs. 15 min from Cedar Rapids Airport. We came in the night before and used the 5 min shuttle from our hotel to the airport. It could not have been more perfect! Would definitely do it again. Very pleased.

Nice little airport as always. Love them hometown feel. Not rushed, courteous staff at tix, security, and gate. The expansion is a great improvement and nice to finally see it complete.

Great airport: very clean even during some constructions inside terminal. Very safe. Personnel very helpful and pleasant.

Worst airport I have been to (and I have been to many). Really rude staff. From the concession stands to the gate desks. No compassion. They were rude to this passenger for having his nose out of his mask, yet I saw employees with their whole face out in front of the same staff who snuffed the passenger, and they didn’t say anything. Being they’re working at the airport they are definitely exposed more then the passengers. So that made no sense to me. I will avoid this airport at all cost! Thanks for a horrible ending to my holiday trip. ✌ud83cudffc
