Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

We've been a client for awhile. But am hard pressed to say. That after the 8 hundred and sum we were charged this time. We more than likely are going to be using a different tax service next year.

We made an appointment for 2pm today to get our taxes done. We have our teenager babysitting our kids at home while we run to get our taxes done. However we show up and the lady doing taxes said it will be a while and starts seeing others in line. Ridiculous. Headed to another office to see if they can give us better service. I was informed that the lady at the Walmart Jackson Hewlett was suppose to see us before any walk-ins.

Great customer service. I recommended everyone to go file they tax with Cyndi at store 52716 inside Walmart. She is great and was very helpful to me.

Cyndi was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable in all areas of tax preparation and showed extreme patience while giving me very thorough explanations to every question I had. Because of her Jackson Hewitt will now be my go to tax preparation service!

The lady, Cynthia did an awesome job, she's very good at what she does and can highly trust her, BUT, the cost to have it done is way, way to much, $450.00?nTotally not going to happen next yearnNo one should pay that much to have this donenLike I said, next year we are going somewhere different
