Excellent fitness center. I come here whenever I'm in the area. Well organized and managed. Equipment is always in good repair. Good assortment of cardio, machines and free weights.
Plenty of treadmills and for the most part have every piece of equipment you'd need for a solid workout. The staff here is also very friendly non judgmental and very informed on health and fitness. There here to help you get better.
