Supposedly my insurance didn't cover my script but calling my insurance company never happened either. So, how do you know if it wasn't covered?

Friendly staffed but they only take Medicare so if ya have Medicaid be ready to be told no they don't deal with the state or federal Medicaid insurance companys I've been turned away and had to go to Mason city for supply's which I was happy to do.
