Not only did they charge me $123 for a oil change that I was quoted $65 for but these Einstein's forgot to tighten my oil lid. Needless to say I lost a quart of Synthetic oil out of the 5 I was charged for. I absolutely will NEVER go back!nnI never said I wanted a full inspection, just a oil change. I feel discriminated against because I am a women. If my husband was with or the one who took the vehicle in. I wonder if it would have gone this way.

I've done business with Jack's for years all the way from Des Moines. They have always treated me fair with exceptional customer service. This most recent time I went to Jack's for wheels/tires for my ATV. They can truly do it all! 5 star experience as always!
