Woode's was awesome to deal with. My tow was driveway to driveway here in Tipton. They showed up for our appointment on time and ready to work. Both gentlemen were very professional. Prices were good, and they were very careful with my vehicle. I would do business again.nnMy tow was not easy as the vehicle in question was disabled(fuel pump) and brakes were sticking. To add to the difficulty both driveways were in the old neighborhoods which meant picking up from a right angle to the narrow street just off the curb and dropping off to a driveway whos layout involves a parallel parking maneuver from a narrow alleyway. Both men were very patient and accommodating to spite the requests, even offering to help push the vehicle into my garage. I had mentioned the tight quarters and as per my request they brought a truck set up for tight maneuvers. Again job well done, good prices, good guys to deal with, I would do business again in the future should the need arise.
I locked my keys in my car. I called and a woman answered. I have full bars on my phone, so reception on my end should not have been an issue. She cussed me out and hung up on me. I tried calling back, as I’m desperately trying to get in my car. I asked if she could hear me, she said yes, then told me she didn’t have time to deal with me and told me to “screw you”. Thanks for making me freeze with my toddler outside waiting on another tow company since you were so polite!
