Papa John's Pizza

Good pizza. The new stuffed crust is better than the Hut....

Was told it would be a hour. A hour went by and we called and were told it would be another hour by a VERY rude staff member. I understand being busy and longer wait times, but the customer service was inexcusable.

TLDR; Overpriced. Unsanitary employees.nnI called in an order for a large pepperoni pizza a week ago. They told me it would be about $16. When I got there, I noticed an advertisement for a much more elaborate pizza (also a large) for $12.nnI was very pleased to see that I'd be overpaying for this simple pizza and did not at all regret ordering here at this point.nnI walked inside, during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic (with the CF/Waterloo area peaking the charts for new cases), and was excited to see everyone wearing chin diapers. Some of them moved their chin diapers over their mouths, while several didn't care enough to try.nnI gladly paid for my overpriced pizza and decided I'd never order here again. Domino's is cheaper and better anyways.

I paid almost $10 for cheesesticks that were hard and thin as paper. Not impressed.

Ordered $67 of pizza, bread sticks and drove 32 miles to be told they don't accept 50 or 100 dollar bills. 20 years of buying pizza at this location, never ran into this before. Had to order Caseys pizza on the way home. Caseys had no problem taking my cash.
