Chipotle Mexican Grill

Visited this Chipotle for lunch today. It was my first time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had the taco, chicken/beef/steak. It tasted okay for the price paid.

The first couple times we went it was great! Food was so good. The third time it wasn’t very good at all & they were out of stuff. They’re still working out the kinks I’m sure. I’ll give them another shot. I hope today’s visit won’t be the norm.

I was overcharged for my order and when I finally realized it I called and spoke with a manager who very kindly covered my next meal at the establishment. I really enjoy this restaurant for a quick meal. I don't eat much fast food at all. The taste of it is almost unbearable to me so I was thrilled to have a Chipotle come into Norwich with it's fresh ingredients. Will be returning. Devon, thanks again.n-A

Service was quick and nice. Very busy through. Food was good and about the same compared to other chipoltes. Definitely a good place to stop for food.

Food was good as expected. Staff was friendly and restaurant was clean. The only negative, when I went, was app and web site hours were wrong. This caused a crowd of customers to wait. Hopefully the owner will fix this bug.
