Very happy this new Starbucks is open. They have a drive thru. It was fast around 10am on a Thursday. In and out in about 5 minutes, maybe less. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a hot drink. Everything was delicious.

Recently moved to the area and have not yet had a poorly made drink or slow service! Always fast, my usual tastes exactly the same each time no matter the day of the week or the time of day. The parking lot has pot-holes, but that's nothing Starbucks can fix (and, I think the city is fixing them very soon anyway!) My go-to location.

I was excited about this place when opened cause it's really close to me and I love coffee. Unfortunately, the service it's really bad, I lost about 30 minutes waiting my drink, and they told me they can't make it cause they can't blend the oatmeal brown sugar with the espresso into the blender... I end up going to another Starbucks and get my coffee as usual... It's sad for a new place to have service like that. Instead of trying to understand their customers and help them, they send them away.nBad experience... hope they improve.

Extremely poor service, waited for two macchiatos that were made incorrectly, then the barista argued me saying that I didn’t know what I was ordering when this is my regular drink. Ended up having to drive to the Rocky Hill Starbucks instead.
