It was terrible, after talking with a rep the day before, took a drive to pick up my tire, after arrival I was informed the tire was not available so rep who was not very knowledgeable talk me into something else after a 3-5 min wait I was informed they do not take cash, I then drove to cooper tire in bloomfield on Granby St who was very knowledgeable and purchase the tire that I wanted in 1st place, I was extremely happynBecause I took the day off( I'm chalking my experience with you as a bad day
