A family member had his vehicle towed here where he generally gets his auto service. Good service as the tow was in the evening and they had the vehicle fixed the next afternoon.

I did tire rotation, engine oil change, heel alignment, balance for my car. After that car was shaking a lot if I run over 50 miles/hour. I had to cancel all my driving plans. I requested to do balance again, but it was still same. and they complained wheel and tire. I came to another repair center, and they fixed and not shaking now. I asked them what caused the shaking, they said balancing was wrong. Their service was so bad, and they are not skilled. And they put the water instead of washer liquid. Not a skilled at all, service was so bad.

I have gotten a few oil changes here over the past couple years and never had a problem until this past time, 2 weeks ago. I went in for an oil change and didn’t think there were any problems but when I looked at my receipt they had written a comment that said “oil pan needs replacing, common problem over time, Firestone not responsible, customer aware.” The first problem I had with this was that they had not told me; if I hadn’t studied my receipt I would not have looked for or noticed the 2 quarts of oil leaking out of my car. They lied on the receipt when they said I, the customer, was aware. The other problem is that, after taking my car to another trusted mechanic, they fixed the problem and told me that the problem was in fact caused by the previous mechanic (Firestone) who had stripped my oil plug and caused the $500 of damage I had to pay for. All of the research we did about this problem confirmed that it was not a common problem as Firestone had claimed, but one caused by an incorrectly done oil change. The workers were nice but I will not be taking my car back to a place that lies to me about what happened and causes me hundreds of dollars of damage that I have to take my car to another place to fix.
