Friendly staff, nice open space to sit comfortably and safely, even during the pandemic. I got a coffee frappe and it was delicious. Took away one star because they don't have any defac options at all.
The children here do not know what they are doing and I doubt they even follow all DOH practices/standards. That's coming from someone who has worked directly with chain food & drink companies. They made what could be great quality drinks (matcha & coffee) taste BLEH. The only good thing like every other review here says is the open space being unoccupied by the mall itself that isn't a part of their cafe rental space.
