Starbucks

The service is very slow and they forget a lot of coffees. I ordered a simple cold brew and they gave the wrong milk. Then ruined the second coffee which tastes awful. This is not the first time either. I have seen them take longer then a normal Starbucks to make simple coffees. For $6 for a coffee you would think it would be better.nLet’s start supporting smaller coffee shops.

They are always the friendliest. I can honestly say this is the best Starbucks in CT. The staff is really nice, there is never an issue with my order and I feel confident in their covid procedures. I can't say how many times this location exceeds my expectations

Small neighborhood Starbucks with outside tables and seating inside. Sometimes a little busy and coffees don't come out fast

I keeping order cappuccino with caramel sauce and they never add the caramel is many times this happen on December 31st. I order by the app and it was 8:00 and the store still closed we are many customer outside when was raining and nobody inside of the store. About 8:40 I called and I ask if can I pick up the order I did before they said yes I went and the doors still closed and more people outside waiting. So just now I order again and is no caramel and the app charged me for the caramel, My question is this about this store never had a Caramel or what ??? I complain in the store last week and is the same every time. And still going to this store because the other one is far very disappointed with the people work there
