I contacted my Roadside assistance, who then dispatched Discount Locksmith. Within five minutes I received a phone call from Jason. He arrived in less time than expected and rendered fast, quality service. He was extremely professional and polite. He topped it off with a glorious smile. It's just nice to be nice. Great company with great people!
Unfortunately this is my second time locking myself out of my vehicle and locksmith has such great customer service and this time I got Mr. Jim and he was very helpful with removing my kids car seats out of the way for me to climb into my trunk where my keys were while also holding the flashlight. He gave me a polite phone call to inform me where he was coming from along with an estimated ETA in which he got there in a timely manner (earlier than expected). Mr. Jim even followed my directions provided to him the first time around accurately which means he paid attention and was listening. That’s great customer service all the way around if you ask me. Thanks again Jim and locksmith for having him representing the night shift!
Joe removed my flat tire and put on my spare tire. My spare tire was flat and he filled it with air for me. He also shared tips with me on when to ask a mechanic to check my spare tire so it will always be full of air. He also showed me where on my car I can find the exact air pressure that is supposed to be in my spare tire. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He offered to help with anything else I needed before he left.
Joe was extremely professional and courteous when called upon to help change a flat tire. He was here on time as quoted and completed the repair within a matter of minutes. It was a pleasure doing business with him and will highly recommend his services to family and friends.
