After finding out my Kia Roadside Assistance had expired just last month (how convenient), I found myself on the hunt for assistance with retrieving my keys from my locked car. Jim was very courteous and professional. He wasn’t able to make it in the original time frame given, but he kept in touch and let me know when I could expect him instead of leaving me wondering. The price was great and the customer service was just as wonderful. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The dude that came out was nice, friendly and he knew exactly what he was doing. 10-15 minutes and I had a brand new key for my car. If that dude isn't in line for a raise, he should be. Pay that man more money, because he's great at what he does.
Jim was great and professional. Kept us posted constantly on his ETA while in route. Got me back in my vehicle in less then a minute. With no damage to the vehicle. Very happy with the service
Tony came out to assist me with vehicle lockout. He was very professional and showed up on time willing to help. I would very much recommend this company. I was very pleased with the service.
